I have a bronze bust of JFK that I purchased in Washington DC in 1964. I remember us driving by the White House and then later having my picture taken on the Capitol steps. Maybe we went there to capture the spirit that had just departed. I found the Washington monument elevator to be claustrophobic but managed to look out a window on top. Lincoln was huge at his memorial. I kinda wanted to climb in his lap. The Smithsonian is filled with so many strange and historic items, like the Hope Diamond and Lindbergh's plane. We we well behaved in the FBI building, lol. It all seems like a dream to me now. So long ago.

What's hard to understand is HOW this song stopped climbing the charts in the US at #8.
